With effect from 1st March,2020 the New Tariff Order NTO 2.0 of TRAI will be Implemented. NCF – Rs.130/- + GST for FTA Channels. Additional Network Capacity Fees would be Rs.30/-+GST for Channel Count (FTA/PAY) reaching 200 Plus. Maximum Network Capacity Fees to be charged would not be more than Rs.160/-+GST per Set-Top Box. Network Capacity Fee for 2nd TV connection in the same address would not be more than 40% of the declared NCF of the 1st TV Connection.

The Network Capacity Fee, per month, payable by a subscriber (each set top box) for200SD channels is Rs. 130 (Rupees one hundred thirty only) exclusive of taxes.

The Network Capacity Fee, per month, payable by a subscriber (each set top box) formore than 200 SD channels is Rs. 160 (Rupees one hundred sixty only) exclusive of taxes.

For determination of channel count 1 HD Channel is equivalent to 2 SD Channels as per regulations.

The television channels notified by the Central Government shall be mandatorily available to all the subscribers and shall be in addition to the number of channels available in the network capacity fee.

Network Capacity Fee, per month for each additional TV connection, beyond thefirst TV connection in a multi TV home shall be forty per cent of the NetworkCapacity Fee of the Parent STB. The STB with maximum number of channels would be treated as Parent STB.
